On 6th August 2022, 21 alumnae and their family members gathered at the Kee Wah Studio Workshop to learn how to make loveable 吉士小雞包 (Custard Chicken Buns) and 肉鬆獅子包 (Pork Floss Lion Buns). The studio was filled with smiles and delight as the participants shared in the joy of Chinese pastry baking. The instructor guided them through the method of making the sponge and the dough. The children had a lot of fun turning their freshly baked buns into baby lions and chicks.
